xP&A Content installation failing in SAP SAC

Hi Experts,

I am trying to install Integrated Financial planning for SAP S/4HANA Package. The package fails with different errors .

1. Couldn't import object 'SAP_FI_IFP_IM_CAPEX' : Plan info couldn't be imported. I have all the required roles assigned to me including BI Admin , Admin. Please check the screen shot(error.png)

2.Sometimes it fails with the below error: Couldn't import object 'Version' : SAP DBTech JDBC: [258]: insufficient privilege: Detailed info for this error can be found with guid '1EF56191DE030549BC1D116A7042AC6F'Please check the screen shot(error1).error1.png.

sridhar.sapbw9The solution that worked last time was to delete all the folders/subfolders and objects of the content which are already existing and import the contents again. Please try and see if that helps.

we're able to reproduce the issue and deleting all objects doesn't solve the problem.
There seems to be an issue with the import of the models.

My colleagues are already working on a solution.

Thanks for the update Susanne, hope SAP will find a solution to this issue soon. Could you please suggest any alternative or workaround to this. It would be of great help as we are planning to demo the SAC capabilities to the customer and a lot dependent on this pre-built content.

this looks like an issue we faced last year.

Can you please let me know if you're performing an update, means you already loaded the package in the past and some of the objects are already available on your tenant or is this the initial load of the package?

Hello Susanne,

I am still facing the similar problem with both FP&A & IFP, we have content installed for IFP in our client tenant. When I tried it out again this morning it gave the same error message and also deleted our jobs & connections. I have opened a ticket (737324 / 2023) .

I retrieved the info yesterday, 31.08.23 around 19h CET, that the fix was deployed to all landscapes.

I am still facing the same issue & not able to download the standard FP&A content with overwrite mode. Have opened a ticket & still waiting for resolution. It's been 10 days after upgrade & not sure how long will it take to get a complete fix.

Appreciate your help. I have opened a ticket (737324 / 2023). I am getting DBTech JDBC: [258]: insufficient privilege: Detailed info for this error can be found with guid error while downloading the content with overwrite mode . This error is for Audit Trail, GL Account & FPA Sales & Finance model.
