  1. Choose the module: Explore all the Modules and choose the one that interests you. Take it one at a time. Save the rest for later.

  2. Learn the Basics: The first step towards becoming an expert in SuccessFactors is to learn the basics. This includes understanding the different modules of SuccessFactors, the terminology used, and the key features of each module. You can start by learning the official SuccessFactors documentation and taking online courses.
