Dear friends,
Need your expertise to advise to create multilevel categorization in the interaction record in CIC, can you someone help to resolve the issue, please?
The same has been configured and in the service order and its working as expected, but unfortunately not able to configure in the interaction record

Would you please give more details of your problem?
Do you mean, in interaction record screen, there is no 'categorization' tab? Or else, there is 'categorization' tab, but the categorization fields are greyed out?
1. Can you update screenshot ?
2. What is your CRM version?
3. How about your standard IC business role? Is the categorization there work?
