Update: Best Practice for C4C integration with ERP via PI

it is my pleasure to let you know, that the second version of the “SAP Cloud for Customer integration with SAP ERP” package has been released last week.

In addition to the integration of C4C and ERP via HCI, we now also included a configuration guide for the integration via NW PI. Further, the business processes covered in the RDS now include“direct-order” and “direct-quote” scenarios instead of the previous “request for quote/sales” approach based on customer feedback. Follwing the configuration guides in the package will help you to quickly set up a C4C integration with ERP with a pre-defined scope. That being account- and contact management, as well as opportunity management.
