We are excited to bring back Devtoberfest! It’s an event which kicks off the SAP TechEd season. Devtoberfest is an entire month of tech talks, self-paced learning, coding challenges, and other fun activities. It’s an event that is also designed for you to be able to participate asynchronously and on your own time schedule. For more information, see this blog post by my colleague thomas.jung.
Session information
In this Devtoberfest session, I will present the strategic feature of SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, the so-called SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, SAP BW bridge. The feature enables connectivity and business content via proven SAP BW-based data integration (extractors) from SAP source systems. In addition, it provides staging layers of SAP BW to manage data loads (including deltas) with partitioning, monitoring, and error handling. This allows you to leverage your existing SAP BW skills when your organization or customers extend their SAP BW investments into the public cloud. This year, Devtoberfest has a new home: SAP Community Groups. We’ve created a dedicated Community Group for Devtoberfest and all the individual events will be listed in the SAP Community Events. If you are new to SAP Community Groups, here is some helpful information on how to join. Once you’ve joined SAP Community Groups, simply navigate to the SAP Community Group for Devtoberfest. No need to fill out a separate registration form for the event. Just join the Devtoberfest group and you’re all set.
