Daimler Trucks is one of the largest manufacturers of commercial vehicles in North America. The company has 20,000 employees and 2,000 customer locations. Their SAP Lumira software project is an over–the-counter excellence initiative. The goal is to identify and track potential sales for their dealers. Daimler Trucks has been working with the BI Design Council and that has allowed them to collaborate with the SAP Lumira development team in order to influence product features that meet their business needs.
