Introduction
In this 10 minutes recording we look at how to publish back to Employee Central from Compensation (lumpsum or equity) or Variable Pay in a different currency than the employee's local currency (either for all employees or for groups of employees) which we regularly get as requirement for Equity planning programs for specific group of employees. This design only works when publishing back to non-recurring pay components in EC.

Step 1 : Create a custom lookup table using the same rates than the standard currency conversion rate:
Step 2 : Create the columns for publish back in Design worksheet:
Step 3: Add the publish back design including the new currency code column (requires provisioning access as of 1H 2023)
