Para empresas que reportam Livros Auxiliares do tipo Z na ECD, em determinadas situações existe a necessidade de gerá-los com múltiplos layouts. Para atender este tipo de situação, está sendo entregue uma nova solução para a geração deste tipo de conteúdo.
Nova tabela /TMD/D_LIVRO_AUX
A parte mais importante desta solução é a nova tabela de conteúdo dos registros I550 e I555 do SPED ECD, a /TMD/D_LIVRO_AUX. Veja a estrutura desta tabela na imagem a seguir:
Detalhes dos campos principais:
- ID: O campo ID é um campo de chave geral, e segue conforme o padrão de algumas outras tabelas shadow para TDF. O cliente pode preencher do modo que achar conveniente.
- TIPO_LIVRO: Vai indicar qual tipo de livro é reportado, se é um livro de Detalhe (D) para I550 ou de Total (T) para I555.
- NUM_ORD: É o número ou código do livro sendo armazenado na tabela. Deve conter a mesma informação do campo "Book Number", que será enviada através da tela de seleção do SPED ECD, pois será filtrado através deste campo.
- SORTER: O campo SORTER é utilizado para ordenar os registros I550 e I555, ou seja, ao final da execução do SPED, os registros mencionados serão ordenados de acordo com este campo. Como o registro I555 é filho do registro I550, o preenchimento deste campo deve levar em consideração esta situação. O conteúdo pode ser o que for mais relevante para o cliente.
- REG_CONTENT: O conteúdo específico do registro, é a informação que será exibida no arquivo. Como padrão, será gerado da forma abaixo, sendo os dados destacados em vermelho o conteúdo que deve ser preenchido neste campo. O destaque em amarelo é o conteúdo gerado automaticamente. O padrão é o mesmo para ambos, I550 e I555. Abaixo, o registro I550 como exemplo:
Compatibilidade com a solução anterior
A solução anterior para esta situação envolvia as tabelas /TMF/D_RZ_AUX e /TMF/D_RZ_AUX_T. Estas tabelas continuam funcionando. Quando o SPED ECD encontra dados para os registros na tabela /TMF/D_LIVRO_AUX, ele descarta os dados da solução antiga e utiliza os dados da tabela nova, utilizando o Book Number (NUM_ORD) como filtro principal. Se o programa não encontra dados na tabela /TMF/D_LIVRO_AUX para um livro específico, ele vai gerar o registro (I550 ou I555) com base nas tabelas antigas. Dessa forma, é possível continuar mantendo os livros auxiliares em qualquer uma das soluções, contanto que os livros não possuam o mesmo nome.
Para o registro I510, a tabela /TMF/D_C_RAZ_AUX foi modificada para incluir o campo NUM_ORD nos elementos da chave, ou seja, o cliente agora indica qual o layout para cada livro específico dentro do ano. O campo Sequential Number (NUM_SEQ) também foi adicionado. Desse modo, o cliente pode informar a ordem correta de cada campo.
Esta modificação está disponível na SAP Note 3065036, e em breve estará disponível também para o ACR Brazil Option.

TDF: Changes in the Generation of Auxiliary Ledger Z for ECD
For companies reporting the Auxiliary Ledgers Z on ECD, there are certain situations that require generating them with multiple layouts. In order to help with similar situations, we are delivering a new solution for the generation of this kind of content.
New table /TMD/D_LIVRO_AUX
The most important part of this solution is the new content table for SPED ECD I550 and I555 registers, the /TMD/D_LIVRO_AUX table. See the structure of this table on the following image:
Details on the main fields:
- ID: The ID field is a general key field. It still follows the pattern of some other shadow tables for TDF. Customers can fill it as they see fit.
- TIPO_LIVRO: This field will indicate the type of ledger being reported, whether a Detailed (D) ledger for I550 or the Totals (T) ledger for I555.
- NUM_ORD: This is the ledger code or number that the table stores. It contains the same information as the "Book Number" field. This information is sent by means of the SPED ECD election screen, since it is filtered through this field.
- SORTER: The SORTER field is used to sort I550 and I555 registers. In other words, at the end of the SPED execution, the registers are sorted according to this field. As the I555 register is a child of the I550 register, filling out this field should consider this situation. Its content can be whatever the customer considers relevant.
- REG_CONTENT: The specific content of the register. REG_CONTENT brings the information that will be shown in the file. As a standard, this will be generated as in the example that follows. The data in red represents the content that must be filled for this field. The part highlighted in yellow is the automatically generated content. The standard is the same for both registers, I550 and I555. See the I550 register as an example:
Compatibility with the previous solution
The previous solution for this situation involved tables /TMF/D_RZ_AUX and /TMF/D_RZ_AUX_T. These tables will still be working. When the SPED ECD report finds data for the registers on the /TMF/D_LIVRO_AUX table, it will disregard the data from the previous solution and use the data from the new table, having Book Number (NUM_ORD) as its main filter. If the program does not find data on the /TMF/D_LIVRO_AUX table for a specific ledger, it will generate the register (either I550 or I555) based on the old tables. Thus, it will be possible to keep maintaining the auxiliary ledgers using any of the solutions, as long as the ledgers do not have the same name.
For the I510 register, the /TMF/D_C_RAZ_AUX table was changed to include the NUM_ORD field on the key elements. In other words, the customer can indicate the layout for every specific ledger within the year now. The Sequential Number (NUM_SEQ) field was added as well. This allows the customer to inform the correct order for every field.
This change is available on SAP Note 3065036. It will also be made available for the ACR Brazil Option soon.
