MD04 BtSloc line with EXCL - SAP Community

What does "EXCL" mean on this MD04 BtSLoc line? Does it refer to expiring stock?

I don't think it's an indication of expired.

I did some debugging and any MD04 line where the MRP element indicator = "LC", then EXCL is embedded in the line.
