Why are eDocuments not created for the B2C scenarios in the eDocument Cockpit? How to generate IRN for the B2C scenarios?

Follow the KBA 2908488 - GST IN : DCS/eInvoice : Unable to create eDocument. Under the eInvoice section, point 3 says that the IRN is not required for the B2C scenarios. The same can be verified from the IRP Validations through the link: Generate IRN (einv-apisandbox.nic.in). Check Point 7 under the validations, which states "The category of transaction of "Business to Consumer (B2C)" invoices will not be considered and hence the API interface should not request for IRN for these transactions."

In order to comply with the given validations from the IRP, we have restricted the eDocument creation for the B2C scenarios and IRN cannot be generated for these.
