How can I calculate moving average price on specific date

Hi SAP folks,

How can I calculate moving average price on specific date (e.g. 7th june 2020) .

We need to Add a new column for the MAP of the material as at the SOH(stock on hand- stock date) at key date. The purpose is for calculating the stock value at a specific month. It’s required to align the SOH at key date against end of month manually.

Please assist.

Ahmed in way right. Map does not depend on date. Map depends on the change in price.

Suppose if i purchase for 10 today and tomorriw at 12 and i do not purchase for next days in the month map is 11 till month end.

Every std report like mc. 9 etc rely on this.

However create a query or report with price changes based on dates so that o/p gives map on that day with proper coding.

try table (MBEWH) moving average price for material plant valuation type stored at MBEW but if you need it at previous periods use MBEWH history of AVG Price.

If at all there is change, the table S031 or t.code CKMPCSEARCH not helping with date
