Hi All,
At the moment maintenance of the SSF MD elements such as routing rules, organizational structure, approval engine requires manual, click-based effort by business administrator. This is time consuming and ineffective both for initial implementation and further maintenance. We are searching for hints/good practices/automations (like upload/download features) that can be applied to limit this unnecessary effort.
We could imagine to have a solution like we have it for Smart Close. Upload/download functions are available in Smart Close. You can create a download (to excel file) from the certain feature/functionality/configuration of the Smart Close, adjust the data/ add rows etc. and upload this file back to the system. This works great when you need to do a setup of new Company Code, add users, change certain elements of the month end scenarios etc.
Do you have an idea if this would be possible to have such a solution or if there is already something existing what could be used?
