Unable to attach encrypted file to Billing Document

Hi All,

My user is trying to attach a password protected file to the billing document via Manage Billing Document and receives Error while uploading the attachment error. I have been told that password protected files are blocked for virus scanner and therefore password protected files are not allowed to be uploaded. My user was able to upload password protected file in past.

Any guidance how do we get around this?

Hi @Monali 

When uploading an attachment in S/4HANA Cloud - i know a check is made on PDF files with active content that can cause an virus scanner error .

The recommendation as outlined in the KBA https://me.sap.com/notes/3293784 is to Zip the file and then upload or remove the active content .
