Hello All,
I have created a KUT field in the People employee work center. The KUT field is a dropdown field.
The KUT field is exposed to Service Ticket for extensions, in the Workcenter Service- Templates, I have created my template
Next on the ticket when I click on email and go to template option which I have created and select the template manually the value which is maintained in the place holder Vice President does not come, I even checked the incoming email which was sent the value in the placeholder does not come
I have even tried to create a different KUT field which is of text type and tried however still no luck
