We have maintained the Server side integration steps in C4C. Now we want to know what are the steps to be executed by the O365 team in order to complete the integration.
we are going with the email configuration option as 'Office 365 OAuth' and
we need to provide the below details to the Outlook team. Please advise what information we need to provide.
1. Target mailbox email address - should this be email address of the C4C administrator or should this activity be performed for all the users who need to be provisioned with MS Outlook access ?
2. To create Admin Credentials in Outlook.
Please share the steps for the below points.
- What admin credentials are needed? (what options should C4C admin provide to Outlook)
- What type of access is needed for this integration?
- Is it the service account needed? (should we ask the Outlook team to create a Service Account)
If there is any document that lists out the steps to be performed by the Outlook team for this integration, please share it here.
