As standard functionality from C4C the survey can be, in work center Activity Planner, assigned to objects e.g. Lead, Oppo, Phone Call, Tickets and Visit.
we currently have the requirement to link the survey to obj customer. means survey not based on visit but based customer/accounts level.
How to fulfil the requirement? I assume the sdk dev. to be apply here?
