Report/log of pending activities user wise

Is it possible to get pending activities/pending logs user-wise in C4C?

My client is asking about this.

Hi Sakil,

Each of these objects would have their own statuses and each of these objects would also have an owner/ employee responsible. Depending on what is the definition of 'pending' in your business scenarios, you could query the data for status and owner to get the desired result.

The requirement is they are asking user-wise pending sales quotes, opportunities and other activities like appointment .
