Orphaned timeout happened SAP Customer CheckOut

Dear Comumunity:

I have the following problem occurring with transactions submitted by SAP Customer Checkout. They remain in state INC Error message: "Orphaned Time Out happened"

Is there any solution so that the B1if connection is not lost? We have already changed the Proxy from "ORPHANED" to 1
SAP B1 Version 10
SAP Customer CheckOut 2.0 FP 12
