RFID wristbands for FEC (Family Entertainment Center) Business

Hello,

One of our customer is looking for RFID wristbands for its FEC (Family Entertainment Center) Business Model and interested to know if SAP Customer Checkout supports such feature. The Customer currently uses SAP Business One and also uses SAP Customer Checkout POS.

The objective is to use RFID cards / tag / wristbands allowing guest to transact faster, reducing queues.

The customer wants Cashless RFID in a similar way to a prepaid card in which the guest load credit.

Please advise if this can be achieved using SAP Customer Checkout POS application or if there any plugins developed by the partners who can assist.

Hey Kawish,

1. SAP Customer Checkout (CCO) has customers who have combined the CCO Gift Card Management with RFID Tags and use these Gift Cards for payment. You can top up gift cards and later use them for payment. The gift card ID is stored on the RFID Tag.

2. There are customers who have integrated external payment systems with CCO. For this, a plugin needs to be developed.
