Joins and elements not visible in Cutsom CDS View (deprecated)

Hi SAP,

We are not able to see the join condition between primary and associated data source in the custom CDS view in Custom CDS App (Deprecated).

Please let us know why? Will it affect the existing query created on these CDS views? Is the migration of Custom CDS View (deprecated ) to New custom CDS view is necessary for smooth functioning of report build on top of them?

If we will migrate to the new CDS VIEW APP, will it impact existing queries and reports? And will be able to see then the joins and elements in the new CDS view app?

Dear Anuja,

The migration to new Custom CDS View app will not affect your queries or reports build on top of a Custom CDS View. After the migration you will see a column "Join Condition" where you can forward to a screen showing you the join condition for the corresponding data source.
