I have a couple of queries related to C4C License Subscription.
Could you please assist.
We have purchased limited license edition and Enterprise Edition.
What happens if we don't assign any license subscription to the counted user in C4C? Will SAP automatically consider the unassociated counted user as limited license or enterprise edition based on the activities that user has performed.
If we have assigned a counted user with Enterprise edition but that user has not exceeded more than 400 dialog steps in a month, will SAP automatically consider that user as Limited edition instead of Enterprise edition.
If we have assigned a counted user with limited edition subscription but the user has exceeded 400 dialog steps in month, will SAP automatically consider that user as Enterprise edition user instead of Limited edition.
