Hi,

I am assuming your question is related to SAP Hybris Marketing. SAP Hybris Marketing is based on SAP HANA as database and SAP Netweaver as application server. What does it mean from technology perspective: Development language for the application server is ABAP and to develop the UI, SAPUI5 is used. SAPUI5 is based on HTML5 (JavaScript). For the communication between the UI and the application server, SAP Gateway OData is used. It is a restful API and the implementation is done in ABAP too.

I don't know about Marketing. But, all I figured from the Hybris website is that they have 3 areas which are: developer , business analyst and product support certifications and training. I want to be able to handle both technical and functional, so I was wondering what the 2 certifications provided from SAP are? Because they just label in SAP website for Hybris  as HYC001 and HYC002. They don't mention which one is technical and which one is functional, or are they both mixed?. I found out as a prerequisite that they require Java for developing. Can you tell me how did you come up with marketing for Hybris? because I have no idea about that or if there are any more courses in Hybris.

I am saying this because of the information I have found below. Please let me know if you know more about it? Thanks!
