I am unable to update the Forwarding Agent in a delivery document from ECC to CRM?

Hello experts,

I need your help. We have a requirement where we are creating a service order in CRM and creating inbound delivery, post goods receipt in ECC. After completing the remaining steps in CRM while performing a service, we are creating a outbound delivery, picking and packing in ECC system.

While packing, a tracking number is generated with the respective carrier service and forwarding agent is changed in delivery document in ECC from what we have entered in CRM service order.

Now, we are trying to update the service order in CRM with the new forwarding agent but unable to do so. but tracking number is updated successfully.

Can you please help me?
