CCO | Payout multiple times

Hello everyone,

One of our Customer Checkout customers has an issue when doing an PAY-OUT and we have never seen this before.

When they click on PAY-OUT it sometimes goes more than one time.

So the receipt number is the same, so I am sure it's technically only registered one time, but in the total amount of PAY-OUTs you can see the number as added up. Sometimes.

When they restart all is good, but you can understand how confusing this is.

Anyone experienced this before?

HI Clayton,

I tried to reproduce the issue in our test environment without success

we recommend to upgrade to the latest patch, as the current Patch Level is 07 for SAP Customer Checkout FP05. A lot of fixes have been done since Patch Level 01.

If this not help, please open an incident using component SBO-INT-CCO.

could you please let us know which version of SAP Customer Checkout your customer is using? When we know it we can try to reproduce it and identify if it could be a bug or not.
