Apache tomcat service is disappering after update of BO 4.2 SP5. Our current environment is BO 4.1 SP6 and we need to upgrade it to BO 4.2 SP5. When we are upgrading from BO 4.1 SP6 to BO 4.2 SP5 then tomcat service is disappear from central configuration manager.
Note: We have also successfully upgraded from BO 4.2 SP2 to BO 4.2 SP5 in our dev box. We are not getting any issue.
