After adding Pager cannot print a order and only sales receipt printing with pager ID

Dear Experts,

Trust all are doing well ...!

Kindly note that regarding a new customer requirement we are checking the add pager feature in Sap Customer Checkout (V2.0 FP18 PL00). So In Quick service mode we have enabled the below button,

In addition to that in print templates we have enabled the order print template 80mm and options as well as below,

So when posting a sales the pager dialog pops up and asked for a number , after putting it and done the sale the normal sales receipt printing with the pager no. but no order print coming to send the kitchen printer .

So appreciate if anyone could help on this matter and advise the correct way to achieve our goal .
