The August release of the SAP Marketing Cloud is here (2208 Release). We worked on various innovations in many areas.

Edit Released Emails and Email Templates in the Email Lite Editor

You can make corrections to emails and email templates in the Email Lite Editor without having to create new ones, and without affecting the campaign. This solves the Customer Request Enhancement Editor 2.0 - Ability to edit already released templates.

You can see which version of the email a contact involved in the campaign has received, in the overview of their contact profile.

 

Change Log in Campaigns

Use the change log in the Campaigns app to view changes to the campaign for business and auditing purposes. See who approved or rejected campaigns and when.

This solves the Customer Request Enhancements Change History Tab for Campaigns and Campaign Approval Workflow doesn't show the workflow history if the approval is rejected.



 

Subscription for Trigger-Based Campaigns

Subscription is enabled for email actions in trigger-based campaigns as long as the email actions are initial actions and are followed up with subsequent email actions.

Operational Report showing the Schedule of Campaign Actions

As the following video shows, you can use new operational reports in the Analytics and Report Galery to optimize the scheduling of your campaigns.

Review health checks for your campaigns in the Check Your Marketing Solution app, to obtain information about campaign-related housekeeping tasks to perform that can optimize your system performance.
