How to keep your SAP Customer Data Cloud Certification (C_C4H620) active with Stay Current?
In this blog post I will try to answer questions related to SAP Customer Data Cloud Stay Current and how it impacts your certification. Everyone who are certified on SAP Customer Data Cloud before November 2022 must have received an email similar to the one shown below. To keep your certification valid you must pass the Stay Current assessment. I am writing about SAP C_C4H620 SAP Certified Developer Associate – SAP Customer Data Cloud certification and stay current, but the instructions applies equally for SAP Commerce Cloud.
What is Stay Current?
With Stay Current you can keep your skills up-to-date with every SAP Cloud product release. By giving the small assessment, you can validate your knowledge and keep your certification active. Check out this video Stay Current with SAP Global Certification to know more.
I got certified on SAP Customer Data Cloud Certification (C_C4H620_24) recently. Do I still have to give stay current assessment?
In November 2022 SAP Customer Data Cloud released new version of certification (C_C4H620_24) and Stay Current.
If you are certified on C_C4H620_24 version of certification, which is the latest one, you are already up-to-date. Which means you have to give stay current assessment in November 2023.
If you hold older version of SAP Customer Data Cloud certification e.g. C_C4H620_03, C_C4H620_94, or C_CDCDEV2018, then it is mandatory to give Stay Current assessment to keep your older certifications active.
Do I get a new Credly badge?
Yes, once you pass your assessment you will get an email with the link to your new Credly badge, like the one shown below.

How to keep my SAP Customer Data Cloud certification active with Stay Current?
All the eligible certification holders should already have received email with all the details. To maintain your current certification and to stay current, you must complete the delta content & pass the assessment for 2H/2022 by March 15, 2023.
What is Required to stay current?
You must have an individual SAP Learning Hub subscription (professional, solution edition, partner edition or internal edition) to access the content and assessment to stay current.
You can check your subscription here.
Log in to SAP Learning Hub and select Learn:
Login to SAP Learning Hub and select Learn
Search for C4H620 and Open the SAP Customer Data Cloud Learning journey. Scroll down to the stay current section and select E-Learning:
Open the Stay Current eLearning
From there you’ll be directed to the content & assessment to stay current. The stand-alone assessment is listed in the lowest section:
