SAP Contact Center is ready for a new round of the SAP Customer Influence program for 2020

Welcome to a new round of SAP Contact Center Customer Connection

With the beautiful colors of fall, we are reminded of the circle of life. Although not so profound as life itself, we are also starting yet another great round of the SAP Influence program for SAP Contact Center. The good news is that now there revised Customer Connection program dedicated solely to the SAP Contact Center product. We gladly welcome all our Customers and Partners to participate in this innovative offering by suggesting and upvoting ideas and use cases for further enhancing existing product features. Topics can range from being product-focused, for example, usability, functionality and user experience to enhancing the customer experience. 

What is the SAP Customer Influence program?

Do you have an idea for an existing SAP product? Would you like to see a specific SAP enhancement made? Want to experience and implement new releases as soon as they hit the market? If so, the SAP Customer Connect program provides you the opportunity to influence such SAP software development decisions and adopt the new release improvements early on.

All SAP Contact Center customers and partners are encouraged to participate in the program. All you need to do is register at the SAP Customer Influence site. Once registered, you will be able to share your valued Contact Center business case and related feature enhancement idea. Subscribers can then openly vote, collaborate or even further promote an enhancement idea in one of the ‘Speaker’s Corner’ sessions! The more votes a feature idea receives the better chance it has for becoming implemented. Even if you don’t have an idea, follow the program schedule to see what’s happening.

Timetable of events

  • 22nd October – Program starts
  • 22nd & 23rd October – Kick-off Webinars for Contact Center.
  • 5th November – Speaker’s Corner
  • 12th November – Speaker’s Corner
  • 18th November – Speaker’s Corner, Final call, “voting only” phase     
  • 3rd December – Voting closes
