Podcast: Labs Talk

Welcome to “Labs Talk”, the podcast to share news and thoughts on innovation and tech topics, orbiting the world of customer experience – presented by SAP Customer Experience Labs. Every Month, Sven and myself (Nick) invite guests from outside of SAP to talk about emerging technologies, start-ups, and innovation projects and how these might influence CX in future. It’s not about communicating any official SAP CX thought leadership, it’s just about keeping you up-to-date with some really techy topics.

You can listen to Labs Talk on the SAP Customer Experience Enablement Portal. If you’d like to subscribe to the show and download Labs Talk to your podcast app, simply visit the SAP Customer Experience Labs blog.

We only just started producing this podcast which means we’re still trying to find our groove. So, if you have any feedback or suggestions how we could improve the show, please don’t hesitate to post a comment below this article or tweet your thoughts using the hashtag #labstalk. We’d like to turn Labs Talk into an interactive podcast that really engages with the community. Don’t be shy! Submit your questions, topics you’d like to hear about, and suggestions for guests you think we should talk to.

Enjoy the show…

One more interesting podcast. Awesome. I'll definitely try it someday. By the way, my favourite technology podcast was Geekbrief.TV back in the day. Recently I bumped into an interview with Cali Lewis who was a podcaster of this show. It's 10 years but still interesting to read.
