SAP Customer Experience (C/4HANA suite) event – Opportunity to share your Feedback
Hello All SAP CX and SAP C/4HANA enthusiasts!!
Yes, this is what we all should get used to now (SAP Hybris name being replaced by SAP Customer Experience)!
The biggest SAP Customer Experience event of the year is approaching, this time around with plenty of new things to learn – especially with SAP’s recent acquisition of CallidusCloud and Coresystems! Are you all ready for it?
The idea of this blog is to gather and share feedback straight from the users, partners, consultants and everyone who is interested in or using one or more solutions which are part of SAP C/4 HANA suite.
I’m sure like me, you all have questions and feedback on this ‘new’ suite of solutions (old SAP Hybris/SAP C4C and the new additions of Coresystem and CallidusCloud).
I, along with some of my fellow SAP Mentors will be attending this event, October 10-11 this year.
I would like to gather your thoughts, your questions and your feedback so I can add it to our to-do list of discussions during the event meet up with SAP executives and fellow experts on C/4HANA suite and anything associated with SAP Customer experience – getting it directly from people on the ground who are using/implementing these solutions – it cannot be a better way to capture Market/Industry feedback. Basically, use this blog as crowdsourcing for inputs/feedback which we can take it forward with SAP.
I would be happy to consider the inputs/feedback and questions in our list of things and will try to get inputs/answers for you all.
