SAPinsider 2024: Are You Ready for a Challenge?

With SAPinsider 2024 Las Vegas just one week away, it’s now time to start planning your agenda for this annual extravaganza of topics related to SAP. As usual, you can expect to hear from many speakers from SAP, SAP Business Partners as well as SAP customers, on a broad range of topics related to SAP technologies and solutions, intended to keep you right up to date on the latest developments, tech trends and best practices related to the software that you use to run your business.

But this year there’s a difference. There’s a challenge ahead for those brave enough to take it. And if you’re a tech enthusiast, programmer, or software developer with an interest in AI then this challenge could be right up your street. But more about that soon…first let's talk about sessions!

As you probably know from my previous blogs, my interest relates primarily to SAP BTP as well as AI, and so before I treat you to details about the challenge, I’ll first share my thoughts on some excellent sessions that I think will appeal to anyone with an interest in BTP and AI topics too. Let’s start with my 6 top picks for Vegas ’24:

Deep Dive into SAP BTP for a Day

The first of two new exciting activities planned for SAPinsider 2024 this year, both of which take place on the event pre-conference day, 18 March, is the SAP BTP Leadership Exchange, which offers a day-long informative experience followed by a networking reception, where you’ll enjoy hearing SAP BTP customer stories and topical sessions designed to explore the potential for BTP and AI to help organizations innovate faster and maximize business value from their IT Investments. This is a special invitation-only event, but if you’re interested in this event and want to network with your peers then there’s still time to apply for an invitation by completing the form on the event landing page. A Challenge Awaits

Our second new activity this year is the Developer’s Challenge Using Artificial Intelligence, in which up to 10 teams will compete, each collaborating on a solution for a development project which incorporates AI. The top 3 solutions will be presented the following day at the SAPinsider conference, and the winner announced at the conference closing keynote session on that same day, Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Designed for the technical audience and developers attending the event, we’re hoping that this will offer you an opportunity to flex your problem-solving skills, creativity and AI knowledge, in a competitive, but fun activity.
