With SuccessFactors reporting we can create a report that shows who the successors are to a specific employee but we cannot report easily on who is missing successors. Is there any way to do this without combining 2 reports manually? note: we do not ...

Is there any company out there that has implemented development plans within SuccessFactors and it's actually being used? Would love to see how the plan was designed and any tips on how to really embed this in the organization. Thanks!
