Unable to launch ReportAdd

I am trying to update a number of Crystal Reports in SAP Central Management Studio. I open the reports from Enterpris, make the change and then try to save.

When I do this, I get an error that says "Failed to read data from Report file (report name). Reason:

Unable to launch...ReportAdd program to add report to the system. .

Yesterday I updated for about 11 reports and had no problem. Today I get this error.

Any idea what causes this problem. More importantly any idea how to fix it?

I have a 48 hour deadline to get this done.

What version of BOBJ or Crystal Server are you using? What version of Crystal? What operating system is your server running on?
