The main AO tools are still supported until at least 2029 according to the PAM. But instead of AO, should we be opting for the SAP Analytics Cloud Excel Addin (365) as soon as is practical?
We currently use AO for both BW on prem reporting and some S4 on prem reporting (via CDS views). But the move to Datasphere (with SAC) is approaching and with that it will only be possible to deliver excel based reporting (based on Analytic Models) via SAP Analytics Cloud Excel Addin.
So should we use both tools or try to push everything down the SAP Analytics Cloud Excel Addin?
A single tool would be preferable but I'm not sure if SAP Analytics Cloud Excel Addin is quite ready.
