Analysis for Office - Logon was successful - Loading Screen

Hello everyone,
We are working with SAP Analysis for Office and unfortunately some colleagues cannot log in or fetch data from the server. The following window appears and stays open all the time.

Has anyone ever had this problem and is there a solution?

External consultants have advised us to select the preferred platform, this setting has already been done, but this did not solve the problem.

Hi Lorenz,
I would suggest to record an AO trace using the latest version of the tool, which might help to identify why AO is hanging in the logon screen. You can download AO 2.8 SP21 by following the instructions in section #2 of Support Content page https://help.sap.com/docs/SUPPORT_CONTENT/sapao/3361385442.html.
Then refer to SAP Note 2129389 to record the traces. The AO traces can be opened in any text editor.
