SAP Fiori Elements: Object Page - @UI.facet Type #COLLECTION and #FIELDGROUP_REFERENCE not working

Hello,

I have added @UI.facet annotations in metadata extension file for CDS of an Object Page. Type is #COLLECTION and #FIELDGROUP_REFERENCE as below:

I have also marked the Elements to fall in each bucket. However, it has no effect on the output. See below:

It shows static Facets like General Information and Second Facet (possibly defaults). I saw a similar question here: Adding a field group to Object Page but not resolved. Any suggestions?

Update: It seems @UI.identification works and information does get displayed under General Information. However @UI.facet still has no effect and @UI.fieldGroup has no effect. Anybody can shed light on how to troubleshoot this further? Thanks!

Well, finally found the answer to this issue in this brilliant blog from Pawan Kesari: CDS-Fiori Elements – Object Page Facets

I recalled that I had as well created the Project before adding the Facets in Metadata Extension file and found this:
