SAC to BigQuery data transfer using Datasphere?

Hello experts,

Is it possible to set up a data transfer flow from SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to BigQuery using SAP Datasphere? I'm looking for a way to perform such operation either in real-time or at scheduled intervals. If anyone has some other ideas I'd love to hear them as well.

KR,

Peter

Hello Peter.  You can Integrate SAP Open Connectors with SAP Datasphere to be able to connect to third party data sources powered by SAP Open Connectors. Learn more with documentation

Replication Flows in SAP Datasphere allows you to replicate data from multiple source objects from a connected source to a target like Google BigQuery including simple projection and mapping capabilities.

You can enable a single initial load or request initial and delta loads to load changes at regular intervals. It depends on the connection type if you can use the connection as source or target connection. Learn more with documentation

Please note that you can only use a non-SAP target for a replication flow if your admin has assigned capacity units to Premium Outbound Integration

You can use e Google BigQuery as the target for your replication flow by following the documentation

For SAP Analytics Cloud, you can create live data connections to SAP Datasphere systems, and access any SAP Datasphere Analytical Dataset, Analytic Model or Perspective within SAP Analytics Cloud. SAP Help|Documentation

In addition you can also explore Exporting Data Connection to OData Services from SAP Analytics Cloud.

Hope this helps

Thanks
