S/4 Hana Readiness Check on cusom code (on Premise)

Hello,

we have Kernel Release 753 with an Oracle DB and want to check our Custom Code for SAP-Hana Readiness due to Migration/Installation of S4/Hana within this or the next Year. 

We dont understand nothing about ths topic jet. 

I have found this Information:

Setting Up and Performing SAP S/4HANA Custom Code Checks 

• Do we necessarily have to set up another Remote-System "=Evaluation System"? Is our Release 753 ready to run the ATC checks in it without setting up another System?
• How do I find out, which exact ATC Variants we do have to use as a whole. What is the Difference between SAP Notes 3365357 (S4HANA_READINESS_2023) and 3231748 (S4HANA_READINESS_2022). Do we need other Variants additionally?

As explained in documentation above, we recommend as ATC central check system a system having at least t SAP_BASIS 753.
