How to manage to display only activities personally assigned

Dears,

I am trying to manage a setup in which I can only see activities and approval steps assigned to my personal user. The goal is to avoid to see "On Hold" approval activities of other reviewers.

See print screen below; the initial approver already Accomplished his task which is 100% green light, and now the approval step is open for the first reviewer (my personal user). After me there are 2 other reviewers and I can see their activities are "On Hold". My question is if there's any setup to avoid displaying activities and steps of other reviewers.

You can use the filter functionality and filter by roles and status, for example.
