How to manage Calendar Composite Task setup in SAC Planning

Dears,

is there any setup to limit access to Calendar in SAC Planning app? I just want to have one main user with the permission to create new Composite Tasks. Instead, looks like every user is able to do so, even "base user" of my project, which should not have any grant on this setup.

I would suggest to create item in customer influence page of SAC.
