How can we create a customer influence in S/4HANA for P2P

Hello,

Can someone give me the right link to post a customer influence for S/4 in Procurement? 

We need to raise a business needs for the creation of a vendor calendar in order to :

- Put the holiday of the supplier on this calendar

- Based on these holidays, create pop up to users

- Based on these holiday, to have a link in MRP for the planning.

I only find the link to customer influence S/4 private, and no purchasing area inside.
