I have a requirement where I need to configure a custom event for SAP BTP event mesh, The approach I thought that I would extend an existing Business object and delegate using SWO1 or create a new Class that can emit an event.
This event will be configured using SWE2 and at last, I will configure the custom Topic. I have followed an existing blog that talk about a similar process

but I'm not able to follow how I can maintain the custom topic in this whole process.
I request any step by step standard documentation which can help me in this regard.
