Export CSV from Citrix Running Slow

Hi SAP,

We have clients who are accessing Crystal Reports through Citrix. After upgrading the Citrix server from Windows Server 2008 to 2012, exporting csvs over the network now take significantly longer. Exporting csvs to the server Citrix is hosted on is quick, exporting other file types over the network is quick, and when I remote onto the server and export csvs over the network that way, it is quick. Is there any known issues with exporting csv files over a network when using Crystal Reports 10 on Windows 2012 through citrix? Thank you!

Or it could be an issue with incompatibility between Crystal 10 and Windows 2012. As Don mentioned, Crystal 10 went out of support over 10 years ago and was never designed to run on more recent operating systems.

Likely a resource problem or permissions, try posting to Citrix Forums and search there...
