Applying Screen Persona to all users and transport it to subsequent systems in S4 Hana Public Cloud

Hi, we have enhanced standard gui transaction VA01 and added few fields into it. Now the tab name by default comes as "Custom Fields" . We have used screen persona in s4 public cloud and changed the tab name.

1. Is there any other way to change the tab name other than screen persona?

2. If no, how to apply this persona to all the users having access to tcode and also would like to transport the same to other systems. 

Just to add for std. app of type UI5 transporting and applying it to all the users is working for us. we are facing issue specifically for gui type transactions like VA22, VA01 etc.
