Welcome back, this is the 3rd series of HOWTO. Again I suggest to take a closer look at the 1 hour recorded session if you are interested in the demo.
Remark: The contents require beginner level knowledge of NW BPM on 7.1 Ehp1.
This is a must feature on any workflow tool – and SAP NetWeaver BPM surely offers it out-of-the-box. You have two options on how to use this feature:
Option 1. In the standard BPM task UI, you will see the generated link which jumps to the graphical workflow status.
By clicking on it you should be able to take a look at the current status:
Option 2. You can configure and click on “Process List Viewer” which allows you to search the process you get involved.
Please note in order to present the "Process List Viewer" link, the administrator needs to configure in advance. This is the path to find how to do it:
