In addition, customers can now tailor guided experiences to their organizational requirements without the need to write code. A new drag-and-drop interface reduces the reliance on IT and helps customers create custom processes that span multiple systems.
We are further enhancing the HR service delivery experience with the ability to view ticket information and progress from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center directly within the SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone home page. Employees can quickly check the status of their HR inquiries without the need to switch between applications. Additionally, customers can now configure Microsoft SharePoint Online as a knowledge base within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center, helping to ensure quick access to important HR policy information.
