Como vocês sabem, o envio dos eventos do EFD-Reinf para o governo é realizado através da solução SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service (antigo SAP Localization Hub, advanced compliance reporting service) conforme explicamos algum tempo atrás através do post Como configurar a comunicação com as autoridades legais para o envio de eventos do EFD-Reinf.
Hoje vamos abordar quais são as funcionalidades do SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service relevantes para o EFD-Reinf e como realizar a sua configuração.
Primeiramente, vale salientar que a solução para comunicação com o governo do add-on do TDF acontece através da configuração do soamanager ou do PI. Isso significa que as ferramentas utilizadas para transmissão dos arquivos pelo SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service são distintas das ferramentas utilizadas pelo TDF add-on.
Estando isso clarificado, o primeiro passo para iniciar a configuração do SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service é a realização do onboarding, onde é criada uma subconta (tanto de teste quanto de produção) no SAP Business Technology Platform e são enviados os dados das credenciais para o cliente. Este procedimento está bem detalhado através deste link.
No diagrama abaixo podemos identificar configurações possíveis para as diversas ferramentas disponíveis no SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service. Para o EFD-Reinf, o caminho a ser percorrido é o que está destacado:
Note que, como o EFD-Reinf utiliza a funcionalidade de submissão de arquivos, somente é necessária a configuração de autorização de usuários (a qual está detalhada nesse link).
As autorizações requeridas para a funcionalidade de submissão de arquivos são:
A lista completa de grupos de usuários pode ser acessada aqui. O processo de associar um usuário a um grupo pode ser acessado aqui.
Como o EFD-Reinf utiliza o certificado digital da empresa para assinatura dos arquivos que são gerados e também para a transmissão dos arquivos para as autoridades, a configuração dessa etapa é realizada através do app Configure Report Communication disponível no BTP para o usuário pertencente ao grupo ACRS Communication Admin. Especificamente para o EFD-Reinf, os dados do Submission Service Type (BR_REINF_DCL), podem ser encontrados aqui.
Uma vez configurado o SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service, é necessário realizar a conexão com o SAP S/4HANA para que a comunicação entre as soluções seja realizada com sucesso.
Existem duas formas de realizar essa conexão, dependendo do seu ERP:
Para finalizar, caso você encontre alguma dificuldade nesse processo de configuração e utilização da solução, existe uma documentação de monitoramento e troubleshooting que pode ser muito útil para identificar possíveis ações para determinados problemas. Caso nenhuma das soluções listadas atenda o seu caso, também é possível abrir um incidente para o serviço através do componente LOD-LH-ACR. As you know, the submission of EFD-Reinf events to the government is carried out through the SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service (formerly SAP Localization Hub, advanced compliance reporting service) as we explained some time ago in the post Como configurar a comunicação com as autoridades legais para o envio de eventos do EFD-Reinf.
Today we are going to discuss which features of the SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service are relevant to EFD-Reinf and how to configure them.
Firstly, it’s worth noting that the TDF add-on solution for the communication with the government happens through the configuration of the soamanager or the PI. This means that the tools used to transmit files by the SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service are different from the tools used by the TDF add-on.
With this clarified, the first step to start configuring the SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service is to complete the onboarding, where a sub-account (for both test and production) is created in the SAP Business Technology Platform and the credential data is sent to the client. You can find this procedure in detail here link.
In the diagram below, we can identify possible configurations for the various tools available in the SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service. For EFD-Reinf, the path to be followed is the one highlighted:
Note that, as EFD-Reinf uses the file submission functionality, it’s only necessary to configure the users authorization (which is detailed in this link).
The required authorizations for the file submission functionality are:

As EFD-Reinf uses the company's digital certificate to sign the files that are generated and also to transmit the files to authorities, the configuration of this step is performed through the application Configure Report Communication available in SAP BTP for the user belonging to the group ACRS Communication Admin. Once the SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service has been configured, it’s necessary to connect to SAP S/4HANA so that the communication between the solutions is carried out successfully.
There are two ways to make this connection, depending on your ERP:
Finally, if you encounter any difficulties in this process of configuring and using the solution, there is monitoring and troubleshooting documentation that can be very useful in identifying possible actions for certain problems. If none of the listed solutions fits your case, it’s also possible to open an incident for the service through the component LOD-LH-ACR. Details for creating this incident can be found here.
