Overview
SAP BTP ABAP Environment (“Steampunk”) started few years ago with their on-premise connectivity based on the
SAP BTP Neo Environment. As part of the simplification and streamlining of the integration setup, the support of connectivity service of the SAP BTP Cloud Foundry Environment was introduced with 2111.
Technical Background
The SAP BTP Neo based on-premise connectivity has been replaced by SAP BTP Cloud Foundry based on-premise connectivity, for which no additional Communication Arrangement is required. For migration steps from SAP BTP Neo to SAP BTP Cloud Foundry see

Migration Roadmap
Release 2111 (November 2021): Communication Scenario
SAP_COM_0200 was deprecated.
Release 2205 (May 2022): SAP_COM_0200 will not be available anymore in newly created systems.
Release 2208 (August 2022): SAP_COM_0200 will be deactivated in existing systems which makes the migration mandatory before August 2022.
Summary
Please make sure to remove Communication Arrangements of Communication Scenario
SAP_COM_0200 according the the above-mentioned migration steps.
