How to deploy the Web IDE UI5 application to ABAP repository

Deploy the Web IDE UI5 application to ABAP repository, I use HCP trial and internal SD4 system as example.

 

There is no option in the dropdown list for you to select a ABAP system.



 

 

 

Now we introduce the HCP cloud connector to solve this CSRF (Cross-site request forgery):

In the download page, please select the correct version for your OS, I chose the 4th one.

You will receive 2 green lights if you configure correctly



 

 

Now back to your HCP, you will find status change to 'Connected' for Cloud Connectors. For the exposed backend system will be told in the following.

Create destination in the HCP as a final step



 

 

Now the SD4 system is available in the dropdown list when you click deploy in the Web IDE



 

You will receive the deploy info. In the console after you confirm
